| M&R Utility Stap 8 foot 1" wide cam utilty strap with vinyl "S" hooks. 1,200lb manufacturers breaking rate. Tension - Pull excess webbing through Ratchet Mandrel. Pump ratchet handle until webbing is properly tensioned with a minimum of (2) webbing wraps around Ratchet Mandrel. Close buckle handle to position shown. Release - Disengage "Locking Latch" by rotate Ratchet Handle to over center-flat position. "Yank" one layer of webbing to release Ratchet Mandrel. Vinyl "S" Hooks are applied to both ends of all , to protect your paint and chrome parts on your truck or trailer. Minimum Break Rating (MBR) is the minimum tension load an assembly will restraint without failure, when in new-unused condition.
